Established in 1967, Sylvania Steel is a master distributor of hot rolled floor plate (also referred to as tread or checker plate). Our sales office in Toledo, OH, provides one point of contact for all inquiries regarding sales, quotes, order entry, status, and invoicing.
With stocking locations across the country, Sylvania Steel is able to logistically and efficiently fill orders of various sizes ranging from 5,000# bundles to several hundred tons. We can ship LTL’s, split truck loads to different destinations, or ship single and multiple loads to an individual customer. We also offer rail shipment and shipment to various ports for export.
